Lovin' these Blooms

Posted by Lena Nunn at 8:50 AM 2 comments

I have to admit Pacific Point is my favorite SU color so I might just have to buy a ton of paper for when it retires. I just got this set in the mail yesterday along with this punch. This is how it turned out. The mesh behind the image is NOT magic mesh which cost $4.99 for 3 yards! . This is mesh you use for putting up sheetrock and you get about 200 yards for $5.99. Ive compared them side by side. Both are sticky, the same width and equally easy to work with. What do you think ?

a little something for customers..

I used the new punch of the edge of five cards and threw in some hodgepodge and some stamped images from a little somethin. Also added some lil clips and buttons. I figured this might make the customers want to order the punch or host a party to get that set of stamps .

cork board wall hanging

This was a project I did with Tonys daughter this weekend. We had these lil boards and Tony drilled holes in them so we could put ribbon through and hang them. We then covered them , put cork board on thre and made a lil note pocket for paper. The tacks are just primas with thumb tacks in the middle. She loved doing this!

Striped Egg for challenge

Posted by Lena Nunn at 8:40 AM 0 comments

This card was for SCS. You had to use stripes somewhere in your card. Therefor I made my background and my egg striped. The bunny is a $1.00 stamp from Michaels that my friend gave me and some primas she also gave me . I used the inspired by nature grass for the back and for the flower stems.

One error after another...

Posted by Lena Nunn at 8:45 AM 0 comments

I wanted to make more business card holders for my desk and started to make these where I had one error after another. First thing was that my business cards were not done right ( the first time I did bigger margins and trimmed them down to fit). So I just had to cut them up and use just a small part . Then I stamped fresh cuts in bashful blue which looked really nice . UNTIL IT DRIED! Now you cant even see it.

Bridal Fair Pictures

This year we did bridal fair for the butterfly farm and this is some pics that were taken. We had some live butterflies so people could see the releases. It was fun and hopefully I got some brides interested in releasing butterflies instead of rice or bubbles.
