Growing In Unity Day 5 Candle Stamping

Posted by Lena Nunn at 8:02 AM
Today is my lasy day of Growing In Unity. I have tried to give you all some ideas on how to use your stamps on items other than just paper and making cards so for my last project I thought Why not candles? I make a lot of stamped candles. Around Christmas time I found these battery operated ones that are still made out of wax and I fell in love. For my candle project I used the stamp set Easier with You by My side

If you have never stamped on candles it is super simple. All you have to do is stamp on Tissue paper, color and then do a couple more steps and wham! Please forgive my less than great coloring as usually I use pencils but I wanted to try my new markers . These are not my instructions but they give you the run down on how its done.

Well Ladies and gents thats it for me. I hope you have enjoyed my projects. I really appreciate you stopping by and checking them out. Don't forget to comment as I will be drawing two names to win bags of 25 stamps.

Thank you SO MUCH for showing how to branch out this week! I've done candle stamping like that before, but only heat embossed... didn't think to just color one! FAB!! Thx again for all the inspiration!

I like that you used the battery operated candle instead of an actual candle. Your projects this week were so fun to see. Just beautiful.
